Ingredients
½cupTahini
½cupWater
2tspMiso paste
3TbspNutritional yeast
1tspDijon mustard
½tspGarlic powder
2tspCapers
½Lemon (only juice, freshly squeezed)
Salt and Black Pepperto taste
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix tahini, water, miso paste, nutritional yeast, dijon mustard, garlic powder, chopped capers and lemon juice. Mix until you get a smooth texture.
Check for seasoning and acidity and if needed, add some salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
