Ingredients

  • ½ cup Tahini
  • 4 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Maple syrup
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • ½ cup Water

Instructions

  • Peel garlic clove.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor (tahini, maple syrup, dijon mustard, garlic, apple cider vinegar, and water). Blend it until you get a smooth sauce.
  • If you use garlic powder instead, just mix all ingredients with a whisk or spatula in a mixing bowl.
